1. The member user waives all rights of privacy with respect to any material published on this website.

2. The member user and E-Trade Associate also grants the right of the Diamond Dealers Club, Inc. through its authorized representatives, namely the chairman of the DDC Technology committee and the president of the DDC to access the DDC members' and E-Trade Associates' diamond trading platform data, membership information, all website data and all files associated with the DDC Diamond Trading System.
