Zale Corporation, a leading jewelry retailer, announced that Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer Matt Appel will speak at CL King's 9th Annual Best Ideas Conference in New York City on September 13.

A live audio webcast of the presentation, as well as a replay, will be available on the company's web site.

Meanwhile, the firm also announced that it has appointed Brad Furry as senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer. Furry will have responsibility for all information strategy and operations functions throughout the company.
